But the situation is not hopeless, because children have resiliency, hope, imagination, and a burning desire to learn. For Love of Children is dedicated to working with them to develop the tools they need, the tools they deserve – to not only to get by – but to excel in school and ultimately in life. For Love of Children provides young people with resources to achieve educational and personal success through a continuum of education services that prepares them with the skills to become life-long learners and contributing members of their communities. Today we work with hundreds of students from 1st through 12th grade. Our goal is to be sure that every one of our students remain connected to their education, stay on grade level, and grow as students, as citizens and as leaders. Above all, our goal is to see that they graduate from high school, pursue college or vocational school, and arrive at adulthood positioned for success. We are opening the doors to new opportunities and helping our students develop new dreams, and new ideas about what is attainable. We are helping our young people create their own success stories everyday, child by child.
