FOR LOVE OF CHILDREN YOUTH TO ENJOY AUTUMN HAYRIDE AND BONFIRE WITH THE MELTZER GROUP.

Washington, D.C. (October 21, 2005) – DC youth from Love of Children (FLOC) and their families will be the guests of The Meltzer Group at the 6th Annual Meltzer Group Hayride and Bonfire at Butler's Orchard at 22200 Davis Mill Road in Germantown, MD on Friday, October 28, 2005.

For Love of Children is a 40-year-old organization that provides young people in Washington, DC with educational services that prepare them with the skills to become life-long learners and contributing members of their communities.

Since 1999, Alan and Amy Meltzer and The Meltzer Group have provided tremendous financial support and sponsored activities to bring together Meltzer employees and their families with children and families in For Love of Children programs, including picnics, ball games, holiday parties and “Good Grades” incentive trips to amusement parks for students meeting academic goals. Mr. Meltzer has sponsored all-expenses for weekends at Disney World for students in FLOC programs who have earned straight A's.

On October 28, Mr. Meltzer is providing transportation and tickets for 65 children and family members from For Love of Children to enjoy a hayride from 6:30 to 7:15 pm, followed by a bonfire with hot dogs and marshmallows, and trick-or-treating at Butler 's Orchard, a popular event for FLOC children each fall before Halloween.
